Under normal conditions, the SharePoint Graph API response times do not impact the user experience. We have however noted that the response times are adversely affected when the SharePoint sites are very large in combination with permissions set at the file level, as SharePoint needs to verify all these permission before responding to 24Files.
In such cases, a SharePoint setup with multiple SharePoint site with dedicated access rules can alleviate the problem.
