When you have both a Salesforce Sandbox and a Production ORG, they can share the same AZURE app registration.
Please pay attention to the following things:

Register multiple Redirect URLs in the AZURE app.

Create a client secret for each ORG, (You can reuse the same Client ID for both ORGs).
