As an admin user, you need to login into SharePoint to set up the initial connection between Salesforce and SharePoint. 24Files uses delegated permissions: this means that only the SharePoint sites, the login user has access to, will be exposed in the admin interface in SharePoint.
If you work in a large organization, with many SharePoint sites, it therefore makes sense to create a dedicated SharePoint service user with access only to those SharePoint sites that you want to expose in Salesforce.
When 24Files creates folder structures in SharePoint, the folders will be generated via this particular user.
If your SharePoint environment is MyCompany.SharePoint.com , fill out ONLY MyCompany under company name above, and don’t use any slashes in the name.
Note that the SharePoint account used for login MUST have access to the root site at the top of your SharePoint URL domain [https://[yourdomain].sharepoint.com].
The user configured as Anonymous Access User MUST have access to this root folder as well.
